- Pay-Per-File: Purchase individual STL files at standard personal prices.
- The Right to Sell: Maintain this active subscription to legally sell physical prints of any model you have purchased.
- Generous Cap: Valid for up to £6,000 gross revenue per model, per year. If your shop takes off and crosses this threshold for a specific model, please contact me for a tailored license!
Authorized Seller Badge
As a Commercial License holder, you will receive an “Authorized Seller” badge to display on your website and social media graphics, or to print for your market stall or shop. I do not require you to display these, but they can be helpful for you.
✅ What is allowed
- Sell 3D prints of the STL file(s) you purchase from www.evybenita.com
- Make changes to the STL file(s) you purchase from www.evybenita.com and sell the 3D prints of these altered files
- Sell physical prints and postcards featuring photographs of your 3D prints
- Sell digital wallpapers featuring photographs of your 3D prints
🚫 What is NOT allowed
- Sell the STL file itself
- Sell the 3D model as different file formats (i.e. OBJ, FBX, GCODE)
- Sell copies of the STL file, alterations of the STL file, sections of the STL files, or any other digital files derived from the file you purchased
- Sell any digital version of the 3D model you purchased
- Sell products featuring any art of mine that wasn’t explicitly purchased through my online store as files for crafting/making/3D printing/etc
⚠️ Restrictions
- This license is intended for individual creators, crafters and micro business owners. If you are a large business whose sales exceed £6000 gross revenue per model per year, you will need a custom commercial license agreement. If this is something you want to arrange, please contact [email protected] for a custom license.
Cancellation Policy
This commercial license subscription renews monthly on the date you subscribed, and you can cancel anytime.
- After your payment goes through, you have a commercial license for 30 days, even if you cancel halfway through (unless you request a refund, if so, see below)
- If you want to cancel your subscription for a refund, the fee you paid will be divided by the 30 day duration, and you will be refunded for the calendar days that have not yet passed. Example: If you pay on the 1st of the month and request a refund on the 17th of the month, your subscription fee will be divided by 30, and you will receive a refund for the 14 days still to come (this includes the day you request the refund on). Likewise, if your subscription renews on the 1st of the month and you request a refund on the same day, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your subscription, the Authorized Seller badge must be removed from your storefront(s) and all listings containing products derived from my STL files must be removed from your sales platform(s).
